What do we sell?

We sell vinyl stickers for consumer electronics.

How can the Store be accessed?

You need a computer or mobile device with an internet connection and web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, IE, Edge). Javascript must be enabled.

Ordering

We use Shopify Inc. service to run our shop. They provide us with an e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products. Orders can be placed using the shopping cart feature or via email, where we can make a custom order for you. We send an order confirmation message to the provided email address after each order. This confirmation serves also as a receipt.

Prices and currencies

All prices include polish VAT and are listed in USD. The final price to pay is shown in step #2 of the checkout. Customs fees, VAT and/or import taxes may apply in certain circumstances. You are responsible for paying these fees and taxes. For accurate information please contact your local customs office.

Payment

We accept payments with major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Bitcoin. We use the following payment providers to accept payments: Stripe serviced by Stripe Inc., 510 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, US, PayPal serviced by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Boulevard Royal 2449, Luxembourg, Luxembourg; Coinbase serviced by Coinbase Inc., 548 Market St #23008, San Francisco, CA 94104, US; Apple Pay serviced by Apple Distribution International, Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Republic of Ireland, Mollie (seen in checkout as Sofort, iDEAL, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, or KBC) serviced by Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Shopify e-commerce platform provides us with fraud detection checks when payment is made with a credit card. When you place an order in our Shop, you are authorizing an immediate charge for the amount shown at the checkout.

Shipping

We dispatch items after a certain time needed for production (processing time). This time is shown on every product page. Please remember that all items are made to order, we don’t have any items in stock. Sometimes (especially during Christmas or Black Friday season) we may need extra time. At any point, we can inform you about your order status and estimated shipping date. You can always check your order status yourself here.

Shipping cost is paid by you. Shipping costs and options are shown at the checkout. Estimated delivery times and details about shipping options are shown on the Shipping & Returns page.

Items are shipped to the provided address. Please double-check it’s correct and up-to-date. We won't ship a package to a hotel or any other place of short, temporary residence. We require full recipient name, including first and second name, and company name (if applicable). If you chose an expedited shipping option, we also need your full phone number. We can't ship to a PO box, APO, or distribution/sort facility using expedited shipping option. Only personal or business addresses are allowed with this option.

We will reship a package that was returned to us at our cost. If you don’t want to reship, we will refund you and cancel your order.

Items are shipped from Poland, European Union, using polish postal service (Poczta Polska), Asendia or UPS/DPD courier. Your package will be delivered by your national mail service (standard packages), or UPS/DPD courier (expedited packages). Current delivery times can be found hereStandard mail packages are certified and require a signature on delivery. They are not trackable in the US, Canada, and Australia.

We ship to all European, North American, and most other countries in the world.

If your package is late and we both agree that it’s most likely lost, we will reship at our cost or issue a full refund. Please check your inbox for postal notices. The post office will make two delivery attempts (UPS/DPD will make three). If not claimed, the package will return to us.

You can cancel or change your order before we fulfill it. Contact us ASAP. This way we won’t ship package you don’t need, or won’t ship wrong items. More about canceling your order below.

Returns and cancellations

If you are a consumer (not a company) you have a right to return unused (can be resold with 100% value) items within 14 days since delivery, for no reason, to our headquarters, at your expense. We don't offer return labels. Please let us know about your action via email. When we’ll receive such a return, we will issue a refund within 14 business days. Returns are not possible for items made for devices other than Apple or items individually customized for you, where custom colors and languages are prepared. The refunded amount will include the price of items + the cheapest shipping option to your country.

If you are ordering as a company (with a commercial invoice issued), you are not eligible for the right to return items without a reason.

Your order can be canceled before it's fulfilled. We would appreciate if you inform us about cancellation within 24 hours since ordering.

Guarantee and complaints

You have free of charge, 2-year legal guarantee if you are a European Union citizen. In the case when delivered items are damaged or inconsistent with the order, contact us and provide photos for evidence. We should respond within 14 days. If we do not, we will treat your complaint as accepted. If your complaint is justifiable, we will exchange items at our cost. If the exchange is not possible, we will offer a price reduction or a full refund.

We won't accept complaints regarding minor color differences between product images on the store and the actual items; sizes and placement of artwork (remember that devices are sometimes very different from the one shown in product photos, and we must accommodate that); minor scratches on the surface visible only in a certain condition.

We also won't be responsible and won't accept any claims regarding damages to your device made by item removal done in another way than recommended by us in FAQs. Remember that our products contain adhesives that make a chemical bond with the surface of your devices. You're installing and using our products at your own risk.

Reviews

We send automated review requests to each customer after a certain time since placing an order. These reviews are verified by order number and unique link and are marked with "Verified Buyer" caption on our Reviews page. Any person can also review us by clicking on "Write a review" button on our Reviews page. These reviews aren't verified. All reviews are published, unless the review is obviously spammy or isn't related to our services and products. You may notice some reviews throughout our website. These are selected verified reviews taken from our Reviews page, though are not necessarily marked as verified.

Privacy and copyright

By ordering our items you agree that we will collect and process your personal information. Providing this data is voluntary, but required to properly fulfill your order. We are the administrator of this data. It is protected in accordance with polish and EU law. You have the right to review this data, to correct it, and also to request its deletion. All detailed info about the privacy policy, cookies and how we use your data can be found here.

We hold copyright and property right to the items in the store. Please don't use them for the wrong reasons. If you want to use something, contact us first. If you're a blogger or write an article, please credit us when using our photos.

Names of apps and device manufacturers are registered names or trademarks of third parties. They are used solely to identify items in this store and their use. Our items are not endorsed or sponsored by any of these parties and we're not in any way affiliated with them.

Other terms

In matters not regulated, Polish law is applicable. At https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm you have access to electronic consumer dispute resolution via the EU's online platform.
