We accept payments using the following methods:

We dispatch orders after processing time shown in every product's description using these options:

The current status of your order can be checked here. You will receive an email with a package/tracking number shortly before shipping. Use your domestic mail service to track your package or this website. Standard mail packages are certified and require a signature on delivery. They are not trackable in the US, Canada, and Australia. Packages can be held at customs for a few days. Customs fees and import taxes may apply.

When choosing UPS/DPD shipping method, please provide us with your phone number. UPS/DPD parcels can be tracked on the carrier's website.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, based on the total price and your location.

Important info for customers from Albania, Bahrain, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Chile, Indonesia, Kuwait, Macao, Malaysia, Mexico, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, South Africa, Turkey and United Arab Emirates: we currently cannot deliver directly to your countries, but we can ship to one of the package forwarding services, who will safely redirect your purchase to your country. Our customers very often use Aramex, Forward2Me, or ReShip.

How it works?

  • Get your Aramex/Forward2Me/ReShip account ready and check all the terms and costs related to their services;
  • Place your order as usual, choosing your final destination country, address, and shipping method;
  • Reply to order confirmation email with the shipping address of the warehouse, including your customer number, as provided by the forwarder;
  • Once the package arrives to the warehouse, follow the instructions from the forwarder. Size of our package: flat envelope in A4 format, weight: 120 grams (for one product inside).
Please allow 7-10 business days to deliver to Aramex and Forward2Me warehouses and 2-4 weeks to ReShip warehouse. We recommend choosing either Aramex or Forward2Me warehouse for faster shipping. Please remember that our resposibility to deliver products ends at those warehouses, and your product will then be handled by these forwarders, according to their terms of service.

Returns & complaints

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return unused (than can be resold with 100% value) items made for Apple devices, at your expense. We don't accept returns for other items as they are customized to fit your device. We don't offer return labels. When returned items are delivered to our headquarters, and after checking their condition, we will issue a full refund within 14 business days. The complete return policy can be found here. You have free of charge, 2-year legal guarantee if you are a European Union citizen. In the case when delivered items are damaged or inconsistent with the order, contact us and provide photos for evidence. If your complaint is justifiable, we will exchange items at our cost. If the exchange is not possible, we will offer a price reduction or a full refund. We won't accept complaints regarding minor color differences between product images on the store and the actual items; sizes and placement of artwork (remember that devices are sometimes very different from the one shown in product photos, and we must accommodate that); minor scratches on the surface visible only in a certain condition. We also won't be responsible and won't accept any claims regarding damages to your device made by item removal done in another way than recommended by us. Remember that our products contain adhesives that make a chemical bond with the surface of your devices. You're installing and using our products at your own risk.
