The current status of your order can be checked here. You will receive an email with a package/tracking number shortly before shipping. Use this website to track the standard Asendia package. Packages sent using standard shipping option to Canada cannot be trackable. Packages can be held at customs for a few days. Customs fees and import taxes may apply in your jurisdiction and must be paid by you (except European Union, were we are located, and USA where we collect duties in checkout for you).
UPS/DPD/DHL parcels can be tracked on the carrier's website.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, based on the total price and your location.
Returns & complaints
You have the right to return products within 14 calendar days of receipt, for no reason, to our headquarters, at your expense. We don't offer return labels. Please let us know about your action via email. The refund will be issued within 14 calendar days of your notification. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or evidence of return is supplied, whichever occurs first.
Consumers retain all mandatory statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods under the law applicable to their purchase. Nothing in our Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
