Can I speed up the processing and/or delivery?
Usually, the only way to speed up the delivery, is to get expedited courier shipping, which is extra paid. Also, it's worth to double-check if all details regarding your laptop model were provided, because if we don't have much details, such project is waiting for additional verification. Finally, please make sure you provided a correct shipping address and phone number (if there was courier shipping selected) and don't hesitate to
contact us if you notice that something is not clear. The main reason of late-delivery is the mistake in the shipping address.
Can I change my delivery address?
As long as the order is not shipped yet, we can change the shipping address. Please
provide a new one via contact form and we'll take care of the updates for you :)
Can I change details of my order (colors/size/etc)?
Sure :) Please
provide more details in the contact form. It's best to make changes within no later than 24 hours since the order is placed. Otherwise we risk that your product is already prepared and we have to make it once again.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
That depends on the shipping method and your region.
