What is the status of my order?
You can check your orders status 24/7 here. If your order has already been shipped, we also sent a separate email with tracking info. Sometimes these emails land in spambox. Order status tool shows all the details, including invoice download, package tracking and more.
My order is in transit. When can I expect it?
Please check the shipping & deliveries table that we prepared, because tracking links usually doesn't provide exact delivery date for international shippings.
Can I speed up the processing and/or delivery?
Usually the only way to speed up the delivery is to get expedited courier shipping, which is extra paid. Also, it's worth to double-check if all details regarding your laptop model were provided, because if we don't have such details, your project is waiting for additional verification. Finally, please make sure you provided a correct shipping address and phone number (if there was courier shipping selected) and don't hesitate to contact us if you notice that something is not clear. The main reason of late-delivery is the mistake in the shipping address.
Can I change my delivery address?
Please check your order status. If the status is not "To Ship" or "Shipped", you can update the shipping address yourself there. If the status is "To Ship" or you have chosen the expedited shipping method, we can change the shipping address. Please provide a new one via contact form and we'll take care of the updates for you.
Can I change details of my order (colors/size/etc)?
Sure! Please provide more details in the contact form. It's best to make changes within no later than 24 hours since the order is placed. Otherwise we risk that your product is already prepared and we have to make it once again.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
That depends on the shipping method and your region. More details here.

I was on holidays/trip and missed my order
Drop us a line that something like this happened, and if you plan further travels then let us know when you'll be back. We will check the status of your package and arrange a free reshipping. I just need a simple black keyboard stickers

Do you make transparent keyboard stickers?
Yes, there are three kinds of them:
- plain version, for the entire keyboard to protect it
- printed version, to add an extra language, for example in the bottom right corner
- highly customised version, where you can add up to five custom layouts/languages in custom colors.
I want to keep the backlight. Which product is for me?
Transparent keyboard stickers are 100% backlight compatible. Other stickers - with black or colored background - are not 100% compatible, but to keep as much of the backlight as possible, we recommend choosing a design with white letters (or requesting it in the note to order). Compatibility in this case can't be guaranteed, but we'll do our best. This won't work at all if you change the keyboard layout, for example letter Y sticker is applied on letter Z key.
Do you make stickers for my keyboard?
Yes! We can adjust the size perfectly as long as you provide the model name in the product configuration. You can get Decorative Keyboard Stickers for entire keyboard, in your language, or start with ordering your Language Keyboard Stickers in desired color, size and configuration.
I'd like to see the project preview first
Please add Designer Assistance to the cart, together with the product of your choice. Our designer will contact you shortly with a preview for your verification. Further adjustments will be available on request. Designer assistance is also available in-product in our builder.
Do you make cutouts for LEDs and F/J bumps?
Yes! If you buy a product that requires providing your keyboard model, then it's 100% guaranteed that stickers will be adjusted, including cutouts for F and J keys, as well as any cutouts for leds. If you order for Lenovo ThinkPad or certain Dells, the stickers set will also feature specially shaped GHB keys around trackpoint. Also, if you choose universal-size version of stickers, the F & J keys will be provided with horizontal cutouts.
What is your experience in making keyboard stickers?
We started in 2013 and have developed our online brand and online shop for 11 years. From the beginning our goal was to keep the production exclusive, concentrated on the customer needs and personalisation. There is no stock, no warehouse and we'd like to keep it that way in order to shorten the distribution process (the only exception are Keyshorts Mini stickers, always in stock). We have our know-how that allows adjusting the size perfectly for almost any keyboard. We work only with dedicated, family-led companies who provide exceptional print quality and attention to detail.
How much Keyshorts keyboard stickers will last?
Most of our customers says that it's a lifetime of the laptop, but they usually change the stickers because of their changed needs after the time. Technically, it's possible to keep the stickers for years. Stickers are either laminated or UV printed so there is barely any risk of wearing off the print. The adhesive layer - as long as applied on clean keyboard - will be trustworthy as well. However, if you are a pro gamer or simply type a lot (we mean really a LOT), you might need to order some most frequently used keys later within a couple of months. Our worldwide warranty for all products is 2 years.

How to apply Keyshorts keyboard stickers?
It's easy and all tools + cleaning wipe are included in the package. Feel free to check the application tutorial video. In the package we also attach a short visual tutorial.
Is it easy to remove stickers?
Yes, Keyshorts are easy to remove - just take your time and make sure to hold the key with the other hand while detaching the sticker. This way whole process goes smoothly and safely. We also wrote a detailed tutorial on how to do this properly.
Are Keyshorts safe for me and my device?
Absolutely! They are fully removable and don't leave permanent residue. Stickers are as thin as the F and J bumps that each keyboard has, so there is no risk of breaking the screen while closing the laptop. For your safety, we use either certified UV print (GreenGuard GOLD certificate), or simply laminate the stickers, so you don't touch the print directly with your skin. Stickers are manufactured in European Union by small, family-owned printing houses, using only what's the best.

Do you provide an IT procurement solutions for multinational teams?
Yes. Usually our clients choose a range of language keyboard stickers and provide the same laptop model name for all of them (in case they purchased some laptops in bulk in single keyboard layout, but need them in many), or add black keyboard stickers multiple times to the cart, but with different keyboard layouts (same effect). Universal-size stickers and mini stickers are also available for cost- and time-effective solutions.
You can always leave further instructions in the note to order. It's not unusual that a person ordering stickers don't know which layout the laptops are in (or if laptops are in the same single layout at all), and we can accommodate that by including additional stickers for alternate key shapes.
Do you have a solution for leased laptops to keep them in shape?
Keyboard stickers protect the keyboard from wearing off, so you don't loose the laptop's value over time. Also if you happen to have different keyboard, you don't have to buy a standard one-use keyboard and loose warranty. Keyboard stickers are an extension to what you already have, so you can grow and do your job perfectly.
Do you provide VAT invoices?
Yes. We are EU-based business and can issue VAT invoices and cross-border delivery invoices.
Can we make a purchase based on a PO or pro-forma invoice?
Yes. You can send us a quote request via our contact form. Based on that you can issue a PO, and we'll make a custom order for you in our system. Payment can be made via our online store (preferably, because we are notified of the payment immediately), or using bank transfer based on a pro-forma invoice.
Can we pay with bank transfer?
Yes. We have bank accounts in EUR, USD and PLN. We recommend SEPA transfers in EUR for low-cost bank fees.
