• Universal Fit - quick and ready-to-use, sized 12 × 13 mm (0.47 × 0.51 in) for basic letters and numbers. Works well on most keyboards.
• Perfect Fit - made just for your keyboard model, covering shape, size, special symbols, and keeping the font style as close as possible to the original.

🛡️ Does this product come with a warranty?

Yes – it’s covered by a 2-year warranty for worry-free use. We’ve designed these stickers for maximum durability, and based on customer feedback, their average lifespan is around 5 years. Most customers only replace them because they upgrade or change their device, so we haven’t been able to test beyond that.

💡 Will I keep the backlight?

Full backlight visibility is possible only with our transparent stickers. With Korean (Hangul) Keyboard Stickers, some backlight (up to about 50%) may still be visible, but this is not guaranteed and depends on your original keyboard layout. For example, if you place a Y sticker over a Z key for a language change, the backlight won’t fully shine through because the symbol shapes differ.
⌨️ Can I have stickers for all keys?

Absolutely! If you choose the Complete Set for your keyboard stickers, you’ll receive all the keys required for your keyboard type. This includes any numeric keypad and additional special keys, so your entire keyboard has a consistent look. If you choose the Basic Set, you’ll receive only the letters and numbers – without the numpad, function row, or other keys – exactly as shown in the configuration image.

We offer two size options:
• Universal Fit – ready-to-use stickers for basic letters and numbers, with basic font (usually Proxima Soft), sized 12 × 13 mm. This option is often chosen by international companies or users who need a quick, functional solution. Universal stickers usually ship faster since we don’t need to measure your keyboard. They deliver a solid, durable result where practicality matters most.
• Perfect Fit – our premium version, tailored exactly to your keyboard model. This includes precise shape, size, and special symbols, while keeping the font and icons as close as possible to your original keyboard. These stickers are designed to blend seamlessly with your keyboard’s style, with only slight adjustments if you’ve selected a different language. The goal is a premium, natural look that extends your keyboard’s life without sacrificing design.
For Perfect Fit, we’ll ask for your laptop model name or a clear photo of your keyboard so we can double-check every detail. And if you’d prefer a different font than the original, just let us know — our team can create a fully custom product for you.
🦺 Is it safe for my device and for me?

Yes. The stickers are 100% safe for both your device and for you. They are coated with a matte laminate for extra protection. They’re thinner than the bumps on the F & J keys, so they won’t press into your screen when the lid is closed. We use a non-permanent adhesive that holds firmly but can be removed without leaving residue or causing damage. And yes - this attention to quality and safety is one reason they cost a little more.
👔 Can I order as a company purchase?

To keep things smooth:
• Add your VAT ID with the country code (if you have one) in the note to order. We’ll put it on your invoice together with your business info. We accept PO-based orders and government-issued credit cards.
• Enter the correct delivery address and a contact phone (couriers love phones).
• Use your company name in the billing details. Delivering to a home address? No problem — just set the Billing address to your company. That way you can download the correct company invoice immediately after purchase 🙂

Since every set is made to order just for you, often from scratch and tuned to your specification (model nuances + language + color) - please allow 5–15 business days to dispatch. Most folks find our standard processing time totally fine. Best tip? Order now so you’re earlier in the queue.
How to make sure my order ships as soon as possible?
• If you’re choosing Perfect Fit: add/pick the full model name and a clear keyboard photo. That’s the fast lane. No back-and-forth needed.
• If you’re choosing Universal Fit: don’t upload photos/specs. Extra details here make us pause to ask, “Did you mean Perfect Fit?” and can bump you out of the current production batch.
• Fill in complete shipping info: full address (incl. street/house number) plus a working phone number for the courier. Incomplete details = avoidable delays.
Pro tip: Need it sooner? From your Order Status page you can upgrade to Priority Processing. We’ll move your project to the top of the print queue and aim to dispatch in ~2–3 working days (weekends/holidays excluded). The upgrade costs 2× the product price. If the product is $10, you’ll pay $20 total for it.
